Club Stockton Promotion – 2026 Apr & May Member’s Badge Draw

Length of Promotion: from Thursday 2^nd April to Saturday 30^th May, total 9 weeks

Total promotion prizes value: $7,500 (25X$300=$7,500)

Draws schedules and prizes: 1 draws Every Thursday and 2 draws every Saturday (Exclude Saturday 25^th April ANZAC day) during promotion period.

1. Prize must be won for each draw.
2. The winner must be present at the time of the draw to claim the prize within 5 minutes.
3. If the winner is not present, redraw will take place until the winner is identified.

How to enter draws:

1. From Thursday 2^nd April during promotion period, members will receive tickets to enter draws via swiping membership cards on reward kiosk every Thursday and every Saturday(Anzac Day 25^th April excluded) during promotion period.
2. Members can only swipe membership once every Thursday and every Saturday((Anzac Day 25^th April excluded).

Terms and conditions:

1. The promotion will commence on Thursday 2 April and conclude on Saturday 30 May 2026. ANZAC Day, Saturday 25 April, will be excluded, and no draws will be conducted on that day.
2. All prizes are not transferable or changeable.
3. Promotion will be conducted on the premise of Club Stockton, which is located at 29 Douglas St Stockton NSW 2295.
4. The promotion is only open to persons 18 years and over who are current financial members of Club Stockton including City of Sydney RSL Club.
5. Temporary members of the club, club directors and employees are ineligible to enter draws and ineligible to claim any prize. The tickets that contain their member badge number and name will be void.

6. The winner must be present at the time of the draw to claim a prize.
7. Winners will be given 5 minutes after draw to claim a prize.
8. Prize must be won each draw.
9. If the winner is not present, redraw will take place until the winer is identified.
10. Barrel will be emptied after last draw at 8pm is completed each week.
11. Each member is only allowed to claim 1 prize within the day of draws taking place.
12. Each draw will be conducted by the members of club management.
13. The draw winners will be announced via club PA system at time of draws.
14. Promotion claimants must have identification with them when presenting themselves at the time of the prize allocation.
15. Participation in this promotion implies acceptance of all rules and regulations.
16. All decisions concerning any aspect connected with promotion will be made by Club management, whose decision will be final.
17. All rules and by-laws remain in force during the stated promotion period.
18. The club (including its employees, agents and contractors) has no liability to any person for injury (including death), loss or damage whatsoever, however arising in connection with the promotion.
19. Any failure to comply with these terms and conditions will result in immediate disqualification of the selected winner. Disqualification will be at the discretion of the clubs management and no correspondence will be entered into.
