Club Stockton Promotion – 2025 Feb & Mar Member’s Badge Draw

Length of Promotion: from Thursday 6th February to Thursday 27th March, total 8 weeks
Total promotion prizes value: $8,000 (16x $500 =$8,000)
Draws schedules and prizes: 2 draws Every Thursday during promotion period.

1. $500 cash for each draw.
2. The winner must be present at the time of the draw to claim the prize within 5 minutes.
3. If the winner is not present, prize will be added to following week draw prize.
4. Once the prize reaches to $5,000, it must be won and shared by 5 winners with $1,000 each.
If the winner is not present, redraw will take place until winner is identified if the prize is not
claimed after 5 minutes.
5. Last draw on the 27th of March, the prize must be won by 1 winner regardless of the value of
the prize. If the winner is not present, redraw will take place until winner is identified if the
prize is not claimed after 5 minutes.

How to enter draws:
1. From Thursday 6th February during promotion period, members will receive tickets to enter
draws via swiping membership cards on reward kiosk every Thursday during promotion
period.
2. Members can only swipe membership once every Thursday.

Terms and conditions:
1. Promotion will commence from 6th February to Thursday 27th February.
2. All prizes are not transferable or changeable.
3. Promotion will be conducted on the premise of Club Stockton, which is located at 29
Douglas St Stockton NSW 2295.

4. The promotion is only open to persons 18 years and over who are current financial
members of Club Stockton including City of Sydney RSL Club.
5. Temporary members of the club, club directors and employees are ineligible to enter
draws and ineligible to claim any prize. The tickets that contain their member badge
number and name will be void.
6. The winner must be present at the time of the draw to claim a prize.
7. Winners will be given 5 minutes after draw to claim a prize.
8. $500 cash to be won each draw.
9. If the winner is not present, prize will be added to following week draw prize.

11. Last draw on the 27th of March, the prize must be won by 1 winner regardless of the

identified if the prize is not claimed after 5 minutes.
12. All draw entry tickets will stay in barrel until last draw on 27 th March is completed.
13. Each member is only allowed to claim 1 prize within the day of draws taking place.
14. Each draw will be conducted by the members of club management.
15. The draw winners will be announced via club PA system at time of draws.
16. Promotion claimants must have identification with them when presenting themselves at
the time of the prize allocation.
17. Participation in this promotion implies acceptance of all rules and regulations.
18. All decisions concerning any aspect connected with promotion will be made by Club
management, whose decision will be final.
19. All rules and by-laws remain in force during the stated promotion period.
20. The club (including its employees, agents and contractors) has no liability to any person
for injury (including death), loss or damage whatsoever, however arising in connection
with the promotion.
21. Any failure to comply with these terms and conditions will result in immediate
disqualification of the selected winner. Disqualification will be at the discretion of the
clubs management and no correspondence will be entered into.
