Emily smith is an accomplished vocalist and multi-instrumentalist, originally from Adelaide, who has worked with a large number of established artists and performed at many of Australia’s favourite festivals.
Emily has been playing guitar for 17 years and graduated from the Country Music Academy of Australia in 2012. She has played at many festivals nation-wide including the Tamworth Country Music Festival (NSW) and Gorgeous Music Festival (SA). Other festival appearances include the Fleurieu Folk Festival, Scorchers Festival, Mount Gambier Ute Muster, Newstead Live, the Port Pirie Country Music Festival and the Barmera Country Music Festival. At the Barmera Country Music Festival in 2012 Emily competed as a solo musician and was awarded first place. Emily attended the prestigious Country Music Academy Australia in Tamworth in 2012, together with 21 other young and aspiring country artists from around Australia and New Zealand.
